Remember the preseason panic?

The Games and things weren't going the Cowboys way at all during preseason and some took that to mean that the Cowboys weren't going to be any good and or would struggle this season. There was always many takes about how Dak wouldn't be ready to play or would be rusty, due to not playing in the preseason. But, despite the pessimism that some Cowboys fans had in preseason, the Cowboys have looked their best since their 2016 season (maybe even better) and are 5-1 and in control of the division.

Shows that a team's potential for how good or bad they are going to be can't always be judged in preseason games.

Whole offseason was embarrassing. Bunch of people who think the benefit of the doubt only runs in one direction. People were bending over backwards to pump up the rest of the division. Dallas has as many wins as all of those teams combined.

we can lose all of em by 50 for all i care its about evaluation and trying new things

if youre looking for starters to emerge at key positions in preseason thats not a good thing
