Remember when Secondary was a yearly problem?

The secondary is one of the least concerns right now. But it does not mean they don't draft one, if a BPA falls to them.
Can never have enough good DB's as that old saying goes.

They do need to look at 2024 though. I believe both Kearse and Hooker will be FA's. Hopefully Bell shows more this season.

yes it is, they kept trying and it finally worked .. its part of dare i say process. NFL teams all end up with strong group and a weak group. Washington dominates on DL they finished last in the division. why?? because while they hit on the DL they aren't great along the OL and no qb, our FO was able to hit on other eras better for years , S was tough to solve but they finally did , DL is same thing its not ignored they just aren't hitting on the players chosen, YET.. yes its all teams, show me team without weaknesses and il show you fake news. you cannot resolve every weak area of the team all at once. retool yearly and hope for the best...

Yes, they kept changing them out, eventually they will hit on one. not like they showed they hate the QB position and devalued it. finally got it right doesnt mean they lucked into it., it was longer process then they hoped. anything this FO does good, its luck, Bad, its they suck hard and no credit ever given.. get over it..

They’re going into the season relying on a 32 yo who missed half the season in 21 and 5 games the season prior. This can become an issue again real quick. Still think CB will be looked at real hard in the first 3 rounds and they’ll go into the season with their butts puckered up if not!

Seems like you're the one who needs to get over something. Your dogged and biased defense of the front office is honorable, but not every criticism levied from every source is agenda driven. I give them credit for a number of things. Their bargain bin shopping for safeties finally paying off after a decade plus is not one of them. Getting the guys, absolutely, acting as if it's the end result of some brilliant strategy though? No. Never.

On paper it appears Dallas might have a quality CB and S corps; maybe the best and deepest in several years. In order to take advantage of this, the DL and LBs must generate the pass rush to force opposing QBs into making poor throws resulting in interceptions and incompletions. We all know, especially with current rules, that the secondary can’t cover WR/TE for extended lengths of time…no secondary can. Secondary play will correlate with the quality of the Dallas pass rush.

Hookers is a FA next year so that would be a smart move getting Muk reps this yeat

blah blah blah FO hate narrative we see it ,we get it ,but that doesn't make me wrong.. all the DT talk now but hey the beagles are much better, bet?? looked it up that vaunted DL/front 7 allegedly they do better job at putting value on those positions we actually were about even oif not slightly better over the year.. they gave up 4.6 YPC and we only gave up 4.4 ,about the same yards but also we gave up 9 rushing tds, them 15.. narratives easily made wrong around here our run D while they had a few stinkers over the entire year played as well as the sheagles D against the run narratives say OMG we cant beef up the middle LVE sis a Jag cant stop the run ..apprently its not as bad as it looks.. especially in the playoffs we did very good job its team defense again the run and while a stud NT would be nice, its not as bad as fanzoners make it appear,

I think if Dallas was going to sign him they would've been talking already. Get a feel where the numbers are, because he's a Ufa next yr. Would be cheaper this yr then doing it next yr, unless he all of the sudden turns into Joseph. So I actually think they will franchise him next yr, try to work out a deal and if they can't, theyll let him walk. Think the days of this team giving big money to everybody is over.

All the way back to Diggs removing Dallas on all Social media, Dez saying he's hearing they are in negotiations. Even Stephen on the radio saying they are definitely interested in trying to get and or looking at getting something done with Lamb and diggs

At the standard of play they were showing at the time, none of them get a start on this roster. They’d barely get a snap.
