This season is a repeat of last season, except we were 5-3 instead of 3-5. We are ok, the OLINE will be better because a starting Left Guard will finally be inserted. Gallup and Cobb will be stepping up Jarwin will get mor opportunities to help in the passing game. The DLine will be applying more pressure consistently so the secondary weakness will not be exploited much and Dak will continue to evolve into the elite QB he will be. Zeke will be kicking dirt in all the people faces that all of a sudden has started doubting him.
I still feel good about this season. Yes I agree that maybe we do need a new voice in the clubhouse/locker room, I don’t disagree with people that feel that way, but I am not saying that because I believe Garrett is a bad HC, I believe he is a great HC, and has done the best he can with a staff that he didn’t pick, and a lot of dumb players. But if Stephen and Jerry feels we need a new HC , I am on board, if not I am still on board. I hate all the whining and teeth nashing, panicking, panties getting in a wad. Just chill and watch how things play out believe in the players especially the leaders like Dak and Zeke, Cooper etc. They will figure it out.

When it was announced Witten was returning didn't they say something along the line of he's going to be used as a complimentary piece in a more limited role? Has anyone seen that actually happen yet?

He really isn’t. He is okay. This is the problem. Witten provides no explosion- Jarwin obviously does.

Jarwin has worked hard for three years, gotten better all the time.

Witten left the team out to dry last year and came back when he was no good at his career, and we just handed him a starting spot!

A post like this has me wondering if you and I watched the same game. All these things you listed that the team will be doing to fix their future is nonsensical. How are these things going to magically start happening? I'm not buying what you are selling. Look at the schedule and wise up. We are not "ok". The nightmare part of the season hasn't even started yet. Fans have no reason to believe in the coaches or players.

I have 10 years worth of data to prove Garrett is not going to figure anything out.

You should be optimistic because the sun shines down on you. America has plenty of food. The internet (although ultimately destructive) is fun. The NFL season is short. Tool finally put out that album. Fishing is fun. Shooting guns is fun. Women are awesome and some women are really awesome. Jerry is old. America's military is second to none. The new David Rubenstein book is really interesting. GPS technology makes all our lives better.
