Ok enough is enough
I cant remember flipping thru the sunday ticket from game to game and seeing so much "chippiness" in the form of pushing and shoving and stupid posturing
That idiot receiver for the Commanders just cost his team a legitimate chance to tie with his lack of control
It seems to me the replacement refs are timid, scared and nervous and the players notice that there is no real control over the game
NFL better get this under control or its just gonna escalate
I thought shanahan's head was gonna explode after that no call on the head shot to his tight end

Morgan was an idiot, but yea the refs are BAD...Flacco is pissed! He's going to be fined this week.

These refs have been crap. Every game I have watched has had horrible calls. I also agree with your assessment that the refs seem to have less control over the players as well.

EDIT: and the replacement refs just keep getting worse. If anyone is watching the SF/DET game you know what im talking about. SF gets a free penalty AFTER THE QUARTER ENDED and they snapped the ball.

the biggest difference is the holding allowed by Olines and defensive backs, been that way since the first preseason game. These are college refs after all.

The refs take so long to figure things out and make calls watching games is becoming painful

My somewhat short rant about the reaction to the replacement refs:

I get it. The flow of the game is not what it should be and the calls (and non-calls) are just terrible.

That said, I'm a little tired of hearing all the griping from the network announcers about this. If not for these replacement refs, FOX would be broadcasting a movie on Sunday afternoons that nobody would watch. ESPN would be showing ...well, I don't know what they would be showing. But it wouldn't be Monday Night Football.

As a Dallas Cowboy fan, it's hard for me to worry too much about the regular refs to come back as those regular refs do a pretty good job of making as many bad calls against my team as the replacements do.

If ESPN just cannot handle calling another game with replacement refs officiating, maybe they should cancel MNF and find some soccer game to cover.

That goes for you, too, FOX. Just sayin'.

Umm. There are always terrible calls. I've noticed only a few things that has changed from the official refs.

A couple of more mistakes, but the biggest is not always keeping control of the game. I can't remember which game it was, but two teams where very chippy and a few times I thought a fight was going to break out. They should have put a stop that that **** immediately. That is how people get injured.

They blew calls in our game for sure, were just terrible. False start that everyone could see, phantom roughing calls on us...
