Many scouts see North Dakota State senior T Billy Turner as a top-75 selection, according to draft insider Tony Pauline.
"The senior is building a buzz in the scouting community and getting rave reviews from NFL personnel people," Pauline writes. The senior reportedly entered the season with undrafted free agent grades, but has elevated his evaluation after scouts took a closer look. "Turner, a long, lean athlete who shows no stiffness in his game, looks markedly improved from last season.
