Report: WR Percy Harvin refused to enter 3 games this year

When the Seahawks traded receiver Percy Harvin to the Jets late last week for a conditional draft pick, one major reason why was because Harvin pulled himself from theCowboys game last week and refused to reenter the contest as Seattle tried to make its comeback.

That reportedly wasn't the first time Harvin tried that approach this season.

According to Fox Sports' Jay Glazer, Harvin also pulled himself from the Chargers game in Week 2 (a Seahawks loss) and did the same in a preseason game when he saw safety Earl Thomas getting reps at punt returner.

he sounds like a big baby head case to me! If his MO is to pull himself out of losing games, we're probably not going to see much of him the rest of the season on the Jets!

That's just crazy, if it's true. You also wonder why *any* of his teammates would have a problem with getting rid of a guy who punches other players and refuses to go into games. You obviously can't have that, no matter how good a player he might be when he wants to be on the field.

People put up with TO's headcase junk because he was a baller. He could flat out play. He's going to be a Hall of Famer without question.

Harvin...not so much.

Yeah, surprising to see a good guy like Tebow on such a dysfunctional mess that is UF. But he did well. I like the guy. Too bad he never got another chance in the NFL. Most backups and half the starters in this league aren't NFL-caliber players.
