Why am I unable to report on a thread on site?

Second, why am I not allowed to start a conversation with anyone else on this site?

Theres a small "Report" option in Blue right next to time in which a post was made at the bottom........"CCBoy, 2 minutes ago Report"

Just to sign back into site, I had to get 7 verification codes...and then just change my password?

Maybe someone like @WoodysGirl could chime in, but this seems like it could be something with your computer, CC. The report button I can't answer, but needing verification codes sounds strange and related to possible malware.

I went to Chrome and it did not affect status.
