Reposting a play some might have missed

Some might have missed Colombo's recovery attempt to help Tony but I'm loving his effort.

Ignore this if you've seen it. I know we all saw the play but some of the small details gets lost in the wash sometimes, thanks.

Check out Marc's attempt to stop the pass rusher that got inside of him and headed towards Tony. That looks like a diving shoelace tackle to me.

Colombo had a mediocre game. He almost get beat too early on his block for the Felix TD. They ran left only for a reason.

I've liked him ever since he shoved Jacobs when he was mouthing off on the star after the first Giants game (that game seems like years ago doesn't't it)

I watched the game again last night and paid attention to him in particular.

He played okay, but it was definitely ragged. He will have a bigger test Sunday with Edwards, who is very underrated. I would hope we don't live or die with him as we did in this game where he played every snap. If he struggles, I would hope we have Free ready to go in if things get out of hand.

That was really just a good play design by Philly and Columbos guy never really factored in anyways.

Columbo was worried his guy was going to come screaming upfield with the Cowboys having slide protection to the left.

Garrett called the perfect play but Columbos experience tells him that his man 9 times out of 10 is going to come up field on that play and he was going to try and invite him inside.

Instead the guy shot immediately inside.



Either way they had us stopped by their play design.
