This was the heyday of the hair metal bands and Molly Ringwald.
Ya,he ain't aged well at all,huh?No. I had the Eternal Feud going on with the principal at the time. School was rough for a radical in a conservative environment.
It took something truly catastrophic to stop me from going over that proverbial cliff literally.
I'm much better now... but I will never forget how that school's staff treated me.

My freshman year, I was a Byrd Yellow Jacket. We had a big rivalry with another school and some students painted a Yellow Jacket in their parking lot the week we were to play them. They came back and painted a diaper on our bug. It made the local news.
Then I moved to and graduated from Terry Bradshaw High. Terry had already left the building. There was a trophy case dedicated to him.
