I do not think there is any restrictions to interview asst coaches with the 4 teams on a bye. And the only true hold up right now is Jerry choosing to move forward.

We allowed Richard to interview last year the week of our rams playoffs game. I am still mad about that.

The only official restrictions that I can think of are head coaches that are currently under contract (assuming it's not a trade situation), and assistant coaches who don't have a bye this week.
