He was on the the PS squad most of last year, if not all of last year. signed a Reserves / Futures player contract after the season. So he will get his chance going into TC this year.

And you notice many return guys are bringing it out from 5 yards deep or even at the back of the endzone. When they don't use to as often before the rule changes.

How many times did Harris drive one nuts, bringing it out from 6 or 8 yards deep, only to make it to the 18 yard line or less.
Sure he may have got 26 yards for his average, but it could have been at the 20 yard line instead.

Has anyone thought of Devin Smith for a return guy. Would cost us a 2nd round pick. But if we trade down, take a DL, and get Smith. Also we need a WR for future insurance any way in a few years.

Kind of like him in College as well and wondered why he was not ranked higher in some of the draft boards.

Looks like he has had injury history so it has dropped him among the WR rankings but when healthy he was a pretty good WR and ST player.
