He is very much expendable in Miami, especially with the Braxton Berrios signing. Since he has $5 million left in guaranteed salary, I wouldn’t mind throwing an extremely cheap trade offer over to Miami if they are willing to pick up over half the guaranteed money.

I’m not trading squat and eating that cap. They can release him and I’ll gladly take him back
Don’t have to if you can get Miami to pick up the guaranteed portion of $5 million. I would definitely give a conditional pick in the laters rounds for Cedrick Wilson at $2 million dollars.

Our FO claims regrets allowing Cedric to go but evidently isn't disposed to making an offer for him.
Are we afraid of how it'd look?! I suspect Jerry & Stephen are leery of that lame appearance.

Due to his guaranteed salary, if cut the Dolphins only save 1mil on the cap. At that point, keep him for insurance. Although it seems they are putting him on the backburner again after signing Berrios.

The trade would be something like a 6th round 7th round flip in 24. But I would only do if Miami would pick up at least half of the $5 million guarantee. I would definitely take Cedrick back for something around $4.5 million next year.

I'm not trading for him. Miami isn't going to eat any of that deal. Clean break and his contract is off the books.

Last I read he sounded like he was going to be cut.

Why wouldn’t Miami eat any of the deal if he is guaranteed $5 million no matter if he is cut?
