It really strikes me as strange that Jerry is SOOOO cheap with his coaches. What the heck is wrong with this idiot? He pretends to want to win but he doesn't realize quality coaches are like quality QBs, winners cost more than losers. It's not hard to understand. He has been cheap with coaches since he ran Jimmy off. This is nothing new.
He also likes for the HC to also be a coordinator because he doesn’t see the value in a “walk around” HC, which is just his way of hiring a coordinator who can have the HC title too but not the actual power and authority of a real HC.

I would take it for NFL peanut contract. But it would also set me up for life and I know nothing about coaching. So there is truth to what JJ is saying. But an already established coached with a proven track record? NOPE !!!!
