That is because I am NOT an Iowa resident. Born and raised in south Texas (greatest state in the Union), and went to school in beautiful Ames, so there it is my friend.

you still own some bib overalls?

and I figured you went there. That is the only reason anyone would ever root for "that" school.

Ok, ok. I think we can all agree that KJJ is mostly wrong when he posts, and also that it's good to be nice to each other as a matter of general principle. Right? And being-nice-is-good is especially true during a long winning streak that can't last forever.

I'm as guilty as the next guy of wanting a little comeuppance every now and then, but, generally, let's try to keep the tone friendly. Or at least friendlier. If for no other reason than it makes things easy on me.

Thanks, all. :)

he is now a bald faced liar

post 84 settles it all

http://cowboyszone.com/threads/rg3-may-be-ready-to-play-monday-night.304115/page-5#post-5759031

KJJ: "We can't beat Seattle in Seattle Lol"

KJJ: I said that after the Sf loss

He now claims I am quoting his 0% chance. I didn't. I jumped in to point out his Seattle in Seattle comments occured after a 3 game winning streak. the guy is a tool and a moron.

FAN, he is not going to let you win a debate with him. He will keep this thread open for months if he has to and spin and spin and spin until posters just let him have the last post. lol

I'm sure he was steamed up all night last night trying to figure out what to say to Hostile today! lmao

I apologize for getting a little heated, but when people flat out lie, it bugs me.

post 84 was making fun of the quote he made right before the houston game. He claimed it was something he said after week 1. I can buy that was an honest mistake, but since then he has done nothing but dig in and lie to cover his tracks.

he already lost in post 84 before Hostile and I joined the fray. We are just posting links to prove he lost.

lol I need to leave this thread for awhile before I get in trouble. But, if you think he already lost, think again because he will never admit to losing although it's right there for everyone to see.

with love (idgit)

the more you dig in, the worse you look. The exact words are not what is being discussed, it is the attitude.

We all were worried about our chances. I personally said something about being happy if we lost by three in Seattle because I wasn't too comfortable with winning either, but I would never claim we had no shot of winning, which is the concept you kept up.

Look who's talking. :laugh:You misquoted me and gave your own take on a comment I made to fit your agenda. I never gave my opinion of the Cowboys chances the week leading up to the Seattle game because I wasn't on the board. Never once did I say the Cowboys had "zero chance" or "no shot" of winning in Seattle 4 weeks into the season. You can keep making things up as we go and reading what you want into my comments but it's only making you look silly.

Just proves what I said about the alliance I have against me here. You, Hos and the others should form a band called the axe grinders. LOL

Look who's talking. :laugh:You misquoted me and gave your own take on a comment I made to fit your agenda.

truth is my agenda.

I didn't quote you. I didn't use a quote symbol. I didn't use the quote tags.

I never gave my opinion of the Cowboys chances the week leading up to the Seattle game because I wasn't on the board.

I never said you did. the week after our third win, you made comments on how we can't win in Seattle. A poster quoted that statement of yours after we beat Seattle and laughed about it. You should of just taken it like a man, but you didn't. What you did, was lie about when those comments were said.

I pointed out this inaccuracy. you asked for me to post a quote. Before I saw that request, Hostile already provided the direct quote showing you were 100% WRONG.

and since that point, you have just acted worse and worse. We are all presumably Cowboys fans. All you have to do is admit you were wrong about that quote and when it happened, and we can get back to enjoying an amazing start to the season.

Never once did I say the Cowboys had "zero chance" or "no shot" of winning in Seattle 4 weeks into the season. You can keep making things up as we go and reading what you want into my comments but it's only making you look silly.

you trying to use direct quotes is pretty sad. 4 weeks into the season you said, and this is a direct quote: ""We can't beat Seattle in Seattle"

So yes, you did not say "zero shot", or "no shot". the words you said were different, but the meaning was exactly the same. That has absolutely nothing to do with post #84 in this thread.

I imagine quite a few posters are getting a good laugh over this one. I'm not an alliance guy. I do like Hostile, but few posters have butted heads with the moderation crew like I have. I've matured a great deal in the last 20 years, but I still struggle with authority, and have had quite a few heated debates with pretty much everyone that has ever been a person of authority on these forums.

Did you send back the pick of JJ drooling over Lawarence practicing that should silence him.

Unfortunately Lawrence won't be back until the Arizona game.

I don't like the way everyone is talking about this game. We're clearly a better team than the Skins. But this is the NFL, and the gaps between the top and bottom teams in the league aren't nearly as big as we'd like to think. Intra-division games are almost always a dog fight, and I sure hope this team is ready for one.

If nothing else, the mere possibility of Griffin suiting up means that the team will have to spend valuable time preparing for him. Preparing for McCoy is already going to be a bit difficult because we only have a single half of his play to work with.

Should we win this game? Absolutely. But the added difficulty of preparing for two vastly different QBs isn't going to make it any easier.

I doubt the Cowboys are worried about who the QB is. I love this mantra of theirs..."nameless, faceless", just go out and do their jobs...which they have been doing. I really doubt that Washington is going to just waltz down to Texas on a Monday night and light the Cowboys up. The may give a little fight for a quarter or so, but the physical play of this team that I have witnessed will wear this team down.

One game at a time....never say never! Well, some do, then they look stupid. Not this team so far.

I'm sure the team is confident no matter who suits up for the Skins. But every single minute during the week is valuable, and some of those minutes will be wasted in preparation for a QB that won't play. It's a minor worry, and one that I expect this team to overcome, but it's a disadvantage nonetheless.

Don't get me wrong, I absolutely love the way this team is playing. I think the formula of smashing teams with the run and controlling the clock make this team much more resistant to "stinker" games than those of the past few years. Stick to the plan, and we should stand over a 7th consecutive beaten and broken opponent late Monday night. But nothing can be taken for granted in the NFL.

Any given Sunday, right bro? It would shock the hell out of me if Washington (i will not use their nickname because i am half Navajo Indian) if Washington came down to Dallas and beat the Cowboys like the Cowboys did when they went up to Seattle!!! But, you are right...it could happen, and it makes me shutter to even think about that! lol

RG3 will play after the bye against TB at home. There's no way he plays Monday.

If he plays Monday I won't post for a week on here. That's how confident I am.

Wonder if Hatcher is enjoying losing?

Hatch don't care because Hatch got paid....................he spent all that time talking about how he hated the 3-4 and loved being in a 4-3 and that is why he put up the big sack numbers. So what does he do, the second he becomes a free agent he signs with a 3-4 team.

He was looking for a payday

Don't fret it KJJ. We all love you, bro.

I will admit that you know your football, for sure. That's what I liked about you at first. You know History about the Cowboys, or any other team if we need it.

OK? How about this? COWBOYS on 3...and make it LOUD!

C O W B O Y S ! ! !

(stupid cowboy fans)
