Rg3 took one too many shots to the head.
Lol sanders sucks.I said this months ago and got blasted on here. The Cowboys need a motivational / inspirational leader. MM isn’t it. He’s an X’s and O’s Guy on a good day. Dieon knows what it takes become a great player. He knows how to talk the talk and get in players ears. That’s the missing piece. We have the talent but it’s unmotivated and uninspired to play for their coach.
Not near like Deion. Deion loves to be out front and attention, Bill doesn’t.So would Belechek. I guess it just depends on how bad Jerry wants it.
I’ll take Belechek over Dieon. I think either would be more motivating than MM.Not near like Deion. Deion loves to be out front and attention, Bill doesn’t.
I think everyone understands that an NFL head coach is mostly a manager and figurehead. He’s not the guy doing the X’s and O’s. He has coordinators doing that stuff. I think Dieon has one important attribute that this team has lacked for a looong time. He’s a leader of men and a motivator. He commands respect. Maybe that’s not enough but it can’t be any more futile than what is going on right now.the motivation thing only takes you so far… deion isn’t the answer.
Me, too. I have doubts whether Bill can replicate his NE success, but I do believe he would instill a toughness and have build a playoff caliber defense.I’ll take Belechek over Dieon. I think either would be more motivating than MM.
As a Colorado alum, I love what Deion is doing there but his game day management was as bad as I have ever seen from a coach.
