Geez, I hated it when Robert Griffin III went to the Commanders, and now I hate it even more.

What a classy, intelligent, tremendous person he is, in addition to being a nightmare for us for the next decade plus on the football field.

This is what RGIII said to Romo on the field afterward:

“Hey Tony. I just wanted to say to you, don’t listen to what anybody else is saying about you. You’re a great quarterback, man. And this game doesn’t mean anything,” Griffin said to Romo, in comments that will air Wednesday night on Showtime’s Inside the NFL.

Griffin knew of the offseason Romo faced coming up. Football fans, in general, know almost nothing about football. It's embarassing.

Good on you, Robert. Well done. You deserve a better uniform.

I have said this all season to my friends. The man is genuine. He doesn't hot dog and is not a "me" player. There is a reason Shanahan gave up huge to the Rams to get him. He is a step above the Vicks, Newtons of the world in character alone.

A rookie consoling the veteran.

I like Romo, but he does give the impression at times that he is still in the first years of his pro career (i.e. the bone-headed plays).

How did it get this bad? :(

Flew right over your head, for sure.

Griffin is FROM HERE. He knows of the Neanderthals that follow this team.

Wonder if Shanahan sent Romo a game ball afterwards? RGIII seems to be a high character individual though.

He beat who?

A bunch of Walmart rejects and a one-armed Ware.

I think it would have been a better idea for RG3 to just let Romo sulk. As a rookie, I don't think it's his place to try to sympathize with a veteran like Romo. His intentions are appreciated, but out of place IMO.

I agree with you about the kid, he seems to be special but why does this have to be on our board. He's a Foreskin, he plays for them. This is a Cowboys board where we fuss and argue and even agree amongst our own. I just don't see a place for their news on our board. Admire him somewhere else but not here. Geez!!! And I'm not being rude, if you think so, I apologize in advance.

I'd say the credit goes to Morris. The Commanders seem to be having a stroke of good fortune lately which is something I don't like. A running back that wasn't even the starter at the beginning of the season getting 1600 yards on the ground:huh:

He plays for a division rival...but its hard not to like the guy.

None of that silly dancing after a TD that McNabb used to do and no sulking when on the sideline when things dont go right. Seems to be a humble guy despite all his athletic talent and he seems like a smart player.

The thread is more about Romo than Griffin.

that is completley unfair...I'm pretty sure at least one of our defenders was a wal mart greeter....:D

Atleast Romo didn't ask RGIII for his autograph.

RGIII was terrible on Sunday. The damn 6th rounder is who tore the defense a new one. Without him the Commanders are out of it week 8.

And who cares what this ******* says? This is a Cowboys message board, not a RGIII worship club. The amount of love this guy gets on this board is disgusting. I hope the punk gets sacked 20 times this week. (Not wishing injuries or anything...just quite a few painful lessons in sack techniques.)

No it isn't. Have your orgasm over Bob on a Foreskin board. He's not a Cowboy. I rather hear you whine moan and cry about our players, HC, or JJ then bust off on Bob here on a Cowboys board. Wow!!! Smh!!!

Shannahan effect. If there is one thing that SOB can do like nobody else its find unknown RBs and make them stars.
