Free agent RB Dominic Rhodes reached agreement Friday morning on a two-year, $7.5 million contract with the Oakland Raiders.


The Philadelphia Eagles reached agreement Friday with free agent CB Will James -- the former Will Peterson.


Free agent fullback Justin Griffith is scheduled to visit with the Raiders on Friday.


Free agent CB Jamar Fletcher is scheduled to visit the Kansas City Chiefs.
