Richard on scuffle at Philly

As cool as some people want to make this out to be, it's a stupid look for a coach getting into an altercation with opposing players. If Richard has designs on being a head coach at some point, this isn't going to be viewed as a positive.

I like Richard, the media seemed intent on focusing on the scrum but he kept going back to expectations and preparation as the two keys that get you ready to play. Not a little pushing and shoving before the game.
Let's Go Richard...get them ready for Atlanta...Go Cowboys:flagwave:

This isn't summer camp.

No, it's football.

And it's a stupid look for a coach who has aspirations to be a head coach to get into a physical altercation with an opposing player. Really dumb in fact.

You're blowing it out of proportion. It was hardly a physical altercation. Lmao, come on. A bunch of grown men, hyped, Adrenalin, division rivals.....He used to play. He gets it.
It was literally nothing.

Well Garrett doesnt do much and he still looks stupid. You think he is up for another HC gig anytime soon?

Highly unlikely.

Generally speaking - I agree, but in this case, I give him a pass.

For far too long this team has no attitude - way too passive, you know the old saying "Players take on the personality of their coach" .

Maybe its no coincidence that the only player to get the Titans off the star was a DB and they're the smallest guys out there...

Head Coach? It was just 10 days ago when he couldn't stop Marcus Mariotta from putting up season best numbers.
And then they went out and beat the Patriots. Tennessee pretty good team

Find an hc without some ugly games on their resume.

He’s an up and coming guy, has paid some immediate dividends and will wind up a head coach here shortly. I wouldn’t mind it being here, especially in place of Garrett, irrespective of ten days ago.

I never said he was a bad coach. But HC? What has he proven? We need an offensive mind running the team .

Look at the NFL standings. Then look at which HCs came from O, and which came from D. Mcvay, Payton, Reid, Gase these are the title contenders. (Billichek is the exception to every coaching point.)

The Patriots have a bad defense. Whats your point?

Yeah so bad they destroyed GB giving up 17 to Rodgers and their offense yet could not stop Mariotta. NE gave up more points in that game than any game this season. Over all performance by Dallas Defense with Richard has been very good but have a bad game and all of a sudden he is poor unable to become a HC? So any assistant coach who has a bad outing somehow should not be HC? if we go that rout there is no coaches out there who should be a HC
