The pleasure that a subset of this board has enjoyed as a result of last weeks whupping is beginning to border on treasonous.
Ssys who? 5% of the people that post here? The other 95% want to win and have figured out a big reason they havent. But hey 5% in anything are probably slow learners. Someone has to make up the low flat left side of the bell curve i guess.

brutal… but not wrong. if dak plays at less than mvp level from here on out (which is a given), everyone is going to pile on.

I guess I’m pretty slow because I truly can’t even tell what this is supposed to mean.

Either way, a win today would do this place some good.

Dak was never good !
He fell into a Super Bowl bound team and found his way into winning with it.
He couldn’t get the job done then and he will not get it done now !
Couldn’t read defense then and I don’t believe he can do it now either.
I could say more, but I’ve said it before, so no need in repeating it !
Hard disagree.

The Cowboys were 4-12 the previous year. The only real addition was Dak/Elliott.

It was not a SB caliber team, and both he and Elliott were excellent

Interesting observation about Dak.

"Then: Prescott the playmaker.

Now: Dak the distributor."

Dak haters won’t like this but he was a good QB at one time. I think the last couple injuries have really slowed him down. He has very little ability to extend plays or scramble at this point. That’s not going to get better so all the other stuff he struggled with looks much worse.

yea exactley like the author say

dak is now a pocket passer

but he if a pocket passer who cant command a pocket or pass the ball so just use less he is a use less qb taking up 20% of the entire salary cap by him self

a use less qb taking up 20% of the entire cap and people want to get mad at mccarthy or the defense or what ever

and i has to listen to jerry say he is the greatest after every 2-3 terrible int game he have wich is like every game now

I'd say he exaggerated just how good he was early in his career. He was carried. Even in that supposedly great rookie year he had 4 games where he looked completely inept. They had the best OL since the 90's that year and a rookie phenom runner, top wideout and Hall of Fame TE.

Prescott was, is and always will be a fraud QB. A con man. Jerry no doubt must see a lot of himself in Prescott.

This is a bit harsh. Dak has played good football for a good stretch. But his run here is over. I agree.

Super talent evaluator Jerry Jones disagrees.

Constantly praises poor play, and it poisons the entire organization.

Jerry doesn’t deserve to win. He really doesn’t, and probably won’t. If he ever does, it won’t because of anything him or his kid did. They aren’t capable.
Jerry only made two football decisions that have paid off and they were both in the first 2 years of his 30 year regime. Hiring Jimmie J and the Herschel Walker trade…..after that? nada
