From 1970 on, I rate him as the top World Champion... Period.

Ric Flair said it best, "Harley really thought he was World Champion".

That pretty much sums up Harley Race.

Harley was great at two things...

1. Making his matches look legitimate.
2. Make just about any wrestler look capable of beating of him.
