Both passed away today at the 78, Helen Reddy was known for "I am woman" as well as several other hit.
Mac Davis had a pretty good career as a writer, singer and even actor. North Dallas 40 is probably the movie he is most known for. He also wrote "In the Ghetto" which Elvis Presley recorded.

I heard about Mac this morning, but didn't know Reddy died too. Rough night.

Ms. Reddy died of complications of Addison's disease and dementia.

Mr. Davis died after heart surgery.

RIP as really this has been hard hit over in the deaths for 2020. A lot has to do with COVID. Really Helen's song set the tone over women. Mac was a great actor and a singer!

Mac was Great in North Dallas 40
