@Wood
1) I don't think the Eagles will roll with Foles. They are 100% behind Wentz.
2) I think Foles will get paid by some other team. By paid, I mean more than $20M/yr. It could be the Giants or the Skins. Or the Patriots if Brady is done. All the FL teams need a QB.
3) I don't think the Eagles would get a massive haul for Wentz even if they wanted to trade him. Maybe a 1st round pick would be the ceiling.

NFL Execs probably look at the talent he had around him on that run as well.

Even Eagle fans can't explain why their team seems like juggernaut when Foles is QB. Might just be case of perfect system fit that matches up with his skill set. One thing I have noticed is receivers layout more often for him and make ridiculous acrobatic catches. Whats ironic is Foles is very quiet guy so its not like he is rah rah guy in locker room pumping them up.

There’s no way Philly trades Wentz. Come on folks!
Exactly
Brewing on horizon is talk that Eagles are simply dynamic team with Foles at QB. If Philly gets into playoffs and gets at least to 2nd round the Eagles could make Foles their QB going forward. He is 29 years old and likely won't make more than $20 million year. Eagles would then shop Wentz for massive haul.

This is a bad scenario for Cowboys fans because Eagles would have: 1) better QB 2) cheaper QB and 3) massive assets from trading Wentz.

Best case scenario is Minny wins last game and Eagles get eliminated. Their fan base is already completely divided between Foles/ Wentz. Not getting to playoffs wouldn't give them enough evidence to make decision in either direction.

And if they trade Wentz. I would hope dallas would back up the 1st round pick truck and give them what they want.

Wentz is much better than Foles and will be much better for the next ten years.

His choice of receiver is also a bit telling. Wentz seemed to really rely on Ertz, Foles loves the verticle game with his WOs.

His trade value is low anyway due to him unable to stay on the field, he has yet play a full season........RGIII part two.

Plus, Wince isn't clutch at all.......a 20 to 20 type where stats are built from...but very misleading stats.

I was thinking about this earlier. Eagles trade Wentz to Jacksonville and sign Foles. We trade Dak to Jacksonville for Wentz. Foles regresses and we beat Philly bloody with Wentz as our QB.

Fun thought anyway...
Gross thought...I don't want a QB who is made of glass and let's his backup outshine him year after year.

Foles and the Eagles system work perfectly. If he goes anywhere else, he will not have the same success and he’s already shown that (Rams and Chiefs).

With that, I hope they keep both and continue to have a QB controversy.
