Both were incredible Bears players on the same team. As a matter of fact, both were incredible linebackers on the same team. It doesn't matter to me which one Jerry takes. I just hope he takes one of them. forget hope! He's going to take one of them! I can feel it in my bones!

considering many suspect Singletary is not a good X and O guy on defense (and his own team San Fran hasnt even interviewed him for DC) - I think you can rule Big Mike out of the DC running. I think Rivera would have to be your DC with either Big Mike or Norv as HC.

Theoretically yes. The personnel is the same but which would you prefer as the HC? (unless you have someone else in mind)

I think Singletary would be a good HC and if we can get Rivera as a DC as well, I think that's the ideal scenario.

If we cannot get Rivera as DC though, I say we hire him as HC I want Rivera a tad bit more.

I like Singletary for the HC but that does mean we are grooming Garrett to be someone else's coach.

I feel that Singletary would likely hire Todd Bowles as the DC.

Since we hired Garrett and he's all that, we need a more defensive HC. I hated the idea of hiring Phillips but to me it's better than having three important positions all tied in youngsters. The team is to close.
I would now be pushing for

Phillips HC
Garrett OC
Rivera OC

Oh, and NO Norv period.

Turner doesn't excite nor offend me so that is probably an indication of blah.

Singletary is my star crossed favorite and it is not just because we both went to Baylor.
