Somebody needs to tell this loser to challenge himself. It's hilarious he would challenge his teamates and act like he's been doing a great job all along.

I like the fact that he is trying to be a leader and light a fire under his teammates. But he has been the as bad as them, with the exception of tucker who is by far the worst. I hope he realizes he has been playing like $hit as well.

Maybe he HAS been doing a good job. It's tough to evaluate the performance of the Oline, particularly when the ENTIRE unit has played so poorly.

As poorly as everyone says Andre Gurode was at RG last year, Rivera has been just as bad.

From a purely statistical standpoint, Gurode only had two penalties and allowed 1 1/2 sacks. Compare that to Rivera's numbers.

I've got it! He's just setting us up for a thrilling late season come back! And he's invented a time machine! No. Seriously. this is depressing. I was scared of him when he was signed, didn't understand giving an old guy such a long, lucrative deal, and now it's all coming true. This could really kick our butts in the coming years. I need to cry into a shot glass now.
