What do you do with this guy? Talk about about crash and burn. I still havent seen his concussion hits

We all knew going in conditioning would be an issue. He hadnt played in almost 2 years

Wore down badly the 2nd half of the season. I'd be interested in bringing him back but not at a big time deal. Really the main reason I want to bring him back is I don't want to create another hole to fill and I want to see what an entire off season of conditioning can do for him.

Bring him back on incentive laden deal that doesn't hurt if we cut him in training camp. My whole contention with him this year is he says he loves the game again. It's easy to love it when you're looking forward to games, but what about in March-June when it's just weights every day and there's no opponent to prepare for.

If Lee is 100%, Let him walk.

He talking about he wants to see what the staff looks like before he signs. Who told him he's LBJ?

Lee, Carter, and Kyle. I'll take it.

I'm fine with him on a one-year deal as a reserve with the opportunity to fight for a starting job. More than that, I wouldn't do. With Lee a question mark every week due to health, I don't think we need to commit to another question mark.

I appreciate the effort and the role he played for his this season though, and hope he can continue progressing.

I hope we keep him on a reasonable deal.

His whole problem with Oakland was that they were losers...can't imagine he wants to go to Tampa Bay.

i haven't seen his post game comments. Was that what he said today?

He had concussion-like symptoms....not something to crack about.

Any team considering signing him, including the Cowboys, must consider this as an issue and look at his entire history. You can't pay too much for a guy with a concussion history.

That said....I'd resign him for a reasonable starter's salary. I'm not convinced that Ro, Hitchens, and Lee is significantly better than Hitchens, Lee, and Carter.

Thing is, you just can't count on Lee. Plus, you're forgetting about Durant and Hitchens. Of course, can't seem to count on Durant either.

Sign him. Without Rolando this year we would've been in big trouble. Hitchens came on strong, Carter is playing better but I want a healthy Rolando McClain next to Sean Lee.

Just a fair contract will do. I'd try to lock him up for 5 years.

Unless he wants a huge contract then definitely bring him back. In addition to his on the field skills the rest of the defense follows his lead.

As with every player it depends on the deal. The concussions are worrisome. I was expecting him to be inconsistent through the year because of lack of consistent time in the previous years. If he wants something rich or long term I think you almost have to pass now. If he's reasonable I think we want him back.
