Heard this on the radio about an hour ago. These are not my suggestions.

1. Dallas wins out.
2. Az loses tonight and one more game (Dallas game.)
3. TB loses two games.
4. GB loses one game.

Just Win Baby "Channeling the Great Al Davis"... Who cares if we take care of our own business and get Offense going again, i dont care if they are a 1 or 3 seed we will be ready to smash people.

:muttley: Thanks for the laughs.....
You lost your bet against me. The bet was based on obvious facts of what would happen. You were supposed to disappear for this whole season, yet here you've been posting all of this time.

The OP's post is based on facts of what could happen. I would say, "let's place another bet," but you won't either honor this bet if you lose one again. Sheesh.

Thanks for the laughs, Poopy. :muttley:

Honor is my middle name bud.
What bet are you talking about again?
Man stay on the wagon and go hold a vigil outside of Rayne's house and pray with your fellow Dak lovers that he can score a couple of TD against a dead Giant team! :muttley:

TB is winning out, just look at their remaining Schedule.

They did lose to Washington. Won't be completely surprised if Carolina wins one of the matchups.

Head to head is always the first tie-breaker but in a tie of 3 (or more) it is only applicable if all teams involved have played each other.

If they haven't, then it goes to conference record. Dallas is the only team in the NFC with only 1 loss in the conference.

None of this will matter if the Offense can play as they played in the beginning and the defense plays as they did against WFT.
I will go against any team at any place on any day If that happens!

This defense will destroy any teams home field advantage. The only thing stopping us is offense

Packers lost their 4th starting OL on Sunday, they are down to 1 starter (a rookie 4th round guard) and 4 backups.

Eventually that has to catch up with them, right?

That happening is so out of the realm of possibility that I'm not going to even worry about it.

I doubt both GB and AZ lose two more games

I think it can happen though. I think we will beat Arizona, and then we just need them to lose one more. Coincidentally, on Christmas Day, they play the Colts who are on an incredible form. So, I can see that being the other game they lose. If we end up with a 3 way tie between them and Tampa, I think we'd be the 2nd seed. As for the Packers, their next games are the Ravens, Browns, Vikings, and Lions. I think their most likely losses are to be against the Ravens and Vikings (who already beat them once). As for the Bucs, they play the Saints next who seem to own Tom Brady. So, the scenario that the OP laid out is actually quite possible.

Agreed the Packers schedule looks tough, particularly with Rodgers hurt. Arizona assuming they lose to us could well lose to Colts. I think it will come down to us and TB. If the Bucs beat Saints on SNF this week I think it's 75% they win out (Carolina H and A and Jets A). Will be tough to win our last 3 but if no.1 seed is dangling it's possible

If we get our offense clicking like it was earlier this season, we are easily the best team in the NFL because of the defensive improvements.

I agree, and, with what I see with this team and the injuries we seem to have, that 1st round bye could be very helpful. It could mean that players like Dak and Zeke can rest their legs a week and get their postseason started healthier. Additionally, it means only needing 2 wins to get to the Super Bowl as opposed to 3, which protects them more.

The Cowboys are not going to get homefield and you can put that in 3" letters.

And the last thing they need is more time off in the form of a bye. They had additional time off facing the WFT and looked like the offense spent that in Cabo.

The road to the SB will go through the Bay's, not Dallas.

The better scenario for the Cowboys is to clinch early and rest the guys who are nursing injuries, including those who may not be on the injury report.
