Maybe I'm a fool but I believe in what Jason Garrett is selling. I think the team does too. We may get tired of hearing it, but it is a process and it doesn't happen overnight. The culture in Dallas is changing.

What makes you say that? Well, clearly it means you think he's a good coach... but anything specific?

I think he and Sean Lee have great chemistry and he had the most productive unit on the team IMO and played with scraps all year after the injuries.

If we are going to a 4-3 cover 2 scheme then we bought and drafted the wrong corners to do that.

Dallas has alot of pieces. They need a bigger DE opposite Ware to deal with the running game. Ratliff, Lissemore and Hatcher inside. Carter Lee and Sims LBers. They wouldnt need to change much. Basically a DE short of a 4-3

I have to say I am surprised. I thought Rob did Ok with what he had. My 16 year old son is beside himself. He loved Rob and his passion on the sideline. He said the players loved playing for Rob and I believe that. Oh well, I hope Jerry knows what he's doing.....

Resign Rat. Resign Spears. Both can probably be had for cheap. That gives you two DT's. Move Ware to wde and add a sde. Lee mlb. Carter sslb. Add a wlb or let the current guys fight for it.

It's not perfect but it is certainly doable.
