I certainly do not see Mazi getting a second contract with the boys; he is not even going to get the fifth year optionI never considered the Sean Payton angle. I can see the moron thinking this. And I can see us all saying in two years "Kellen, you are no Sean Payton".
The guaranteed money discrepancy is eye opening but should level out some once Micah and Mazi get their huge extensions.
Definitely.Looking at the situation now between the Broncos and the Cowboys, I'd take Payton and Nix over whatever the Cowboys end up with.
I mean, the very first tweet about the cap, featuring Stephen 'capmaster' Jones in the foreground, is a dead giveaway. For all of you Kellen Moore haters, it should depress you that the team lackey is now trying to offer a sales pitch on Kellen.
Counterpoint: They've worked here once.Eberflus was a disaster with the Bears and Witten has zero experience, then you have Moore who has never been a HC. Major downgrade from last year if it happens
And they had 8-8 years as assistants before MM arrivedCounterpoint: They've worked here once.

Around the rim.And they had 8-8 years as assistants before MM arrived
That mediocre OC gave us one of the top offenses in the entire league while he was here. With Dak Prescott as his QB.One Kellen Moore is nothing like Sean Payton and 2 we don’t have a Drew Brees.
Look at the Eagles Passing offense. It’s ranked near the bottom in the NFL. If it wasn’t for Barkley and that great oline I a sure Kellen Moore would have been fired after one season as OC with the Eagles. He was fired as the OC for the chargers also. Right now Kellen Moore is at best is a mediocre OC. Definitely not HC material.
You've always hated CeeDee Lamb. The money "invested" on offense is poorly invested.
