Robert Salah would be for head coach

Not flashy enough. He has been doing fantastic a niners d tho. Would be a good hire somewhere

He has a lot of talent to work with and has done a great job getting them to play. I wonder what type of offense he would want?

We don't need flash, we need someone that will bring a smash mouth - beat the crap out of you and demoralize you culture to Big D and this guy has the look, the attitude, and the swagger that I look for in a HC. He's like Mike Tomlin on steroids.

Please NO! 5 first rounders in DL and their D has still gotten torched at times this year. He runs same scheme Richard did. And he was nothing last year prior to Bosa showing up
This is so true. As sports radio out here in Northern CA said during the season I would hope we have a good D with the resources we put into it.

We have our own version of Bosa and plenty of cap space to build the D. Plus he could sell the front office on building a better DLine which is really what we need BADLY.

I’m not denying that. It’s not flashy enough for Jerry

I’d look into the contract of Kris Kocurek, their defensive line coach. To me, he’s made all the difference.

No way. His defense is all top 10 picks. As much as I want more testosterone from our coaching, that’s all he is. We saw how that worked with Richard
Not true, arguably one of their best players (Fred Warner; LB) was picked up in the 3rd round. He was the pick they got from the dumb Bears when the Bears moved up 1 spot to draft Trubisky. Warner can flat out ball. Plus outside of Sherman (who is on the tail end of his career) they don't really have any DB stars.

I would like to see the D with a renewed sense of purpose. Not opposed to this at all.

He is a spaz whose defense faded down the stretch.
