Don't know if this was posted.
Could their bad luck streak be starting after having a great injury free (relatively) streak?
--------------------------------------------------------
The 6-3, 237-pounder has been a daily participant in Organized Team Activity (OTAs) practices this offseason.
McIntosh opted to have the scope now so that there would be no lingering concern over the knee heading into training camp.
It's an unfortunate setback for the rookie because he had been impressing the coaches with his skills and work ethic during OTAs.
Once training camp starts, McIntosh is expected to be in the mix for playing time at weak-side linebacker, along with Warrick Holdman, Chris Clemons, Robert McCune and Khary Campbell.
McIntosh was the Commanders' second-round draft pick (35th overall) in the 2006 NFL Draft.
In four seasons at the University of Miami, McIntosh started 26-of-46 games and recorded 266 tackles and 9.5 sacks. During his college career, he did not miss any significant time due to injuries
