I saw the new movie yesterday.

**** out of *****

We will prevail today even though Rocky loses.

I'm gonna see the 'new' Die Hard movie

seriously, whoever is running this movie picture business needs to be shot, come up w/ something original instead of re-makes and Japanese re-makes

I refuse to go spend my money to see yet another Rocky movie. Let me know when it's out on HBOHD or SHOHD.

its worth it to see on the big screen. The theater in my town only charges 3.50 though no matter what time you go. It was probably the best of all the rocky movies though.

Thanks for the story ending, now I don't have to see it.

Is there a new Die Hard movie?
I don't pay attention to what is out there.

I have the big screen at home. :D

Sony 60 SXRD
True 5.1 surround (ran all the wires before they laid the sheet rock in my house when they were building it. speaker placement is perfect.)

Rocky Balboa will catch my eye in the living room on HBOHD or SHOHD..whichever one gets it first. I'm guessing it won't be long. ;)

Actually... whoever is running the movie industry is very smart... on average a sequel usually brings in more money than alot of one and done less successful movies.... its the blockbusters and sequels that allow for the smaller movies to be made.... an averaging out if you will.... just thought you would like to know

Its all about the bottom line

That is pushing it. It can be said that you could connect Rocky 1(could sneak 2 in there) & 6 and call it a day. A boxers begining and his coming full circle.

Dude I didnt ruin it!

Go see it and quit crying sissy...

C'mon Rack... you had to know that Rocky would lose.

I mean, the guy is 60. The movie would lose all credibility if it had him beat the supposed current heavyweight champ.

Lmao..."credibility" is not a quality I would label the Rocky movies with.

I mean, he did beat the current heavyweight champ at 50 years or so, didn't he?

Poor Tommy "gun" Morrison.

Well, yeah... good point. Maybe "credibility" wasn't a good word. And considering some of the storylines... saying it wouldn't be "realistic" wouldn't be a good word either.

But, yeah, having a 60 year old fighter come out of retirement and beat the current heavyweight champ would be even too much for the Rocky series to pull off.

I figure he trains hard, puts up a great fight, and earns the respect of Mason Dixon. In the end, its a feel good story for everyone.

He is not 60 in the movie... Foreman won at what ripe old age?

Rocky was 58 in Rocky Balboa ....

Sly is 60 in real life .....

He was supposed to be 45 in Rocky 5 with Tommy Morrison ....

Saw the movie and thought it was very well done. It was funny, sad, and entertaining. I thought it was a great ending to a great story. Yo Rocky!
