I hate putting the cart before the horse but I did.

Anyhow I found this interesting, This isn't from the team doctor but it is from a leg and foot specialist who is familiar with the injury and to paraphrase -- he says there's no way Rodgers will heal during the playoffs. He has micro tears and has already re-aggreivated them.

This obviously limits him in practice and more than likely will keep him in the pocket a lot more than usual.

If we get there - good for us. I'll take any advantage we can get.

If Suh's suspension holds up, he may have done us 2 favors ( provided we win this week & we play a gimpy Rodgers next week ).

Didn't Aikman have the same injury in 1995? He missed only the second half of a road loss to the Commanders that year, and played the next week. Carved up the Packers, off all teams.

Yup, even though it didn't he may not be such a bad guy after all. Maybe he wants to be a Cowboy next season and decided he'd start now.

Make him run

To make him run you have to blitz him and his numbers have been astronomical against the blitz.

In almost all cases, the teams that have been successful slowing Rodgers down are the ones who can drop 7 and generate a pass rush with 4.
