In a break from tradition, the NFL won’t hold the draft in New York next year.

Commissioner Roger Goodell indicated Thursday the league will choose between Los Angeles or Chicago as a host site for the 2015 NFL Draft, according to Sam Farmer of the Los Angeles Times.

“We’re focusing solely on Los Angeles and Chicago now,” Goodell said, the Times reported...

Good morning, Burma...I still remember my first night at the NCO Club at White Sands...a bunch of Army NCO's were invited up from Bliss, and had all the pizza and beer that we could consume before our buses departed.

this place is the pits anymore. The NCO club was closed a long time ago and all they have now is what is called the Frontier Club which is a joke.

They just spent several hundred million building new facilities for the 2nd Engineer Battalion; they moved in just over two years ago and now they are being disestablished. And the buildings will be empty.

I know, and the cattle still run scared? At Fort Knox, Ky...the Saudis contributed multi-millions for a new tank firing range, and within five years, the armor was moved out and now is at Fort Bennings, Ga.

those idiots scheduled something for a weekend they KNEW the draft would occur on; did not tell the NFL until it was too late to change the venue so that is why the draft was so late this year.

Needless to say the NFL has a long memory- and I doubt RC Music Hall ever sees the draft again; and if it does not for probably 10 years or more.

RC idiots thought they could jerk the NFL around. Really dumb. The biggest event they had each year and millions of free publicity and they piss all over it.

Similar to San Antonio scheduling a Religious Convention that conflicted with the Cowboys Training Camp...and then wanted a top dollar in addition. Sorry Riverfront and Grand Hyatt, you miss out now.
