The draft went by pretty quick last night.
I think with all the improvements in scouting and the combines, pro days. All the film of the players. Teams are more prepared to know who they want the draft.

Teams have their big boards. So really that time they use is to be 100% sure. As well, time to seek trades.

7 minutes would be great, but stay with the 10 minutes. And just how would the one use of adding 2 minutes work. They only have 1 pick anyway.

I'd love to see them get round 1 and 2 in the same day if possible sheesh

If they shorten to 7 minutes. Rounds 2 and 3 are at 5 minutes. Do that one day, all the rest the next day.

Teams have lost their draft pick, because they didn’t get the card in on time while taking phone calls. The first round is fine timewise.

Anyone that remembers when the draft was 15 minutes per pick in the first round would realize how much faster it is now.

I say keep it at 10 minutes in the first. If they want to wrap it up earlier, just start it earlier.
