Who do you think is MOST deserving to enter the ROH...

michael irvin needs a boost over the HOF wall from his ol' team. he owns all the Cowboys receiving records. he was a team catalyst and the emotional leader of a very potent offense. he also has gotten his life back together pretty smartly.

I went with Pearson. Even though I think as an overall WR Irvin edges him out by a small margin but think Pearson has been waiting long enough and is so deserving. But if I had to put them in order:

Drew Pearson
Troy Aikman
Michael Irvin
Ed "Too Tall" Jones
Charlie Waters
Harvey Martin
Jay Novacek
Danny WHite

Dumb question..but where was Emmit on this list? If he was I put him at #1. Hate to put Danny at the bottom as he was an excellent regular season QB but winning in the playoffs is where its at unfortunately.

I only left Emmitt off because he isn't even a year retired... I didn't think he would make it in this fast...

There all deserving to be in. There's probably not a name there that doesn't deserve it. How do you say one deserves more then the other?

Not so sure about Niland, Novacek and White. Niland will be a tough sell. He might have been the most talented OL we've ever had but there are issues. Novacek was great but by the time Witten gets done, all those records will be gone. Besides, I like Billy Joe Dupree better. More complete TE IMO. White, he never won a championship. You put him up to Staubach or Aikman and I think he's definatly a cut below. I think it would be tough to see either of those guy in.

If I had to pick one, it would be Cornell Green. He was a 5 time pro bowler for us. He was really an excellent player. It is bad enough that the Hall of Shame ignors him. He should not be ingored by the Cowboys IMO.
