Yeah you'd expect her to call out for help or tell them to go away rather than make those sounds. Which is what I initially thought - that she was in on making the video.

But if she's a homeless mentally ill woman these guys are harassing...then these punks deserve to be punished.

A local police spokesperson told CEN: "We are looking into this incident. We want to know when this video was shot, where it was shot and who the people were in the video. A report will then be prepared for prosecutors who will decide what action to take."

Facebook users identified the spinner as the user named Eu Geo Offycyall (I'm Geo, Official Page), where a portrait picture shows a young man with a close resemblance to the man dubbed 'granny spinner'.

And the Eu Geo Offycyall profile was then used to write under the video posted on Facebook that anyone who didn't like him could get lost.

He said: "It was just a joke. She wasn’t dying.

"If you don’t like it, I’ll give you my phone number and you can call me."
