I know...I know...but this golf tournament is very compelling. Jordan, Barkley, Gretzky, they have all played this thing for years but NBC's ratings and galleries are the biggest they've ever been this year. They made sure for two days in a row he would finish within the viewing schedule.
If you watch tomorrow you will find your Cowboy competitiveness coming out for Tony. Every shot means something. A few other observations...
Rick Rhoden (who's favored to win) talked about the "circus" of playing with Romo with his galleries...hmm...sound like somebody else who plays golf.
It will be interesting to see how he handles the pressure, he's the underdog, but he's in the final group. NBC has assigned Mark Rolfing to follow his group on the course.
Oh...and Jessica is there. Saw some Jessica masks! Unbelievable.
Pretty cool that we have a late Sunday afternoon in July and Romo is in a position to win it all. We'll see
