Well, this might sound crazy, but maybe Romo AND the defense played clutch in the final 5 minutes of the game.

amazing game...emotional roller coaster...typical cowboys game but I loved it.
Not going to lie, after that td by romo to murray late in the fourth quarter I thought Cousins would march down the field uncontested.
Defense stepped up MAJORLY.

Hopefully the defense can keep it up next week. They looked great in the first half of the Packers game and okay today.

Team win and win they play well they deserve credit and when they play bad they deserve a kick in the ***, this doesn't change how i feel about Romo or the D but this was a good win. People will bring Washington's record into play but with divisional games you have to throw the records out the window. Also don't be surprised if the Eagles lose tonight which would be great for the Cowboys because i don't think the Eagles are a mentally tough team.

Defense? Romo gets all the blame when we lose, so why shouldn't he get the credit?

In all seriousness, it was a team win. I didn't view this win as all Romo, just like I didn't view the lose last week as all Romo. As much as people like to credit/blame QBs, the fact is there's 45 other players that effect a game negatively or positively.

Good win, definitely won't hear any complaints out of me. Now if we lose week 17, that's a completely different story haha.

They did play clutch. Romo made play after play on that final drive. I wish it wouldn't come down to this though, you won't win a ton of games in the final seconds.

Yeah, where are the post he is referring to where posters said the defense does not deserve any credit? I have not seen one. But, knowing that poster I just consider the source.
