Romo fans will say he had no talent, which is ridiculously false. Romo played with three HOF with two of those in their peak years.(Ware, Witten). Romo's talent 2005-11 is some of the most talented rosters in the franchises history.

Roger Staubach usually adjust up near the top all time and almost all of the top 25 are in (or will be in) the HOF.

A guy from Football Futures did an era-adjusted QB passer rating at the end of the 2013 season.

Notes:

• You HAVE to era adjust Passer Ratings to make them make sense.
• Staubach was a stud
• Ken Anderson should be a HOFer
• Aikman would be higher in other offenses, but does adjust upward a lot vs his regularr PR
• Prescott's 2013 numbers not are in there, so may adjust down slightly...but not a ton.
• Romo was way better than some think, but should not be a HOFer. Not enough years or playoff team success

Meredith and White got us to multiple championship games.

That's your top 5.

Results matter far more than stats do especially since the rules have changed so much over the decades.

Dak still has a chance to crack the top 5, but it's too late for Romo.
