Do you think the players really believe Romo can get them to the SB?

With the current defense? Never, so churn, baby, churn.

With a solid defense and OL? Absolutely.

They should believe in him...especially after he saved everyone else's *** last season.

I don't think the team is as idiotic as the fans. They know a QB of Romo's caliber isn't what's holding this team back. If they don't believe in the one sole player that keeps this team even relevant, then we're in trouble.

What about the 2-3 games he threw away through poor play? Do those count?

You mean the one game? The Detroit game?

The Detroit game is the only one that you can remotely blame on him...and even then one of the pics was because a WR cut off his route and the defense couldn't get a stop to save their lives.

This team doesn't win 5 games last year without Tony.

Dez should be kissing Romo's butt for taking all the heat for him being too stupid to know how to return back on a comeback route.

What games are you referring to because he didn't single handily lose any of the games.

Jets game - Dez ran a terrible route led to a pick not Romo's fault.

Lions game - Again a bad route by Dez led to a pick and very poor play calling by Garrett.

Of course the players know that Romo is talented enough to take them to a championship. I think anyone with a pair of eyes can see that.

It takes more than one player though. Yes he is a polarizing figure and the face of the franchise but that doesnt mean he can single handedly win a SB without atleast a decent supporting cast.

Good question. I also want to know if the team respects Romo or do they just view him as JAG. When he talks, do they listen? Does he command everyone's attention in the huddle, in practice etc.

He managed to host the largest training camp in the league last off-season so they must listen to him somewhat. Anyone asked that knows that locker room will tell how you respected he is also.

Don't beat around the bush.

What you really wanted to say was, "WHAT ABOUT HIS LEADERSHIPPZ?!!?!>11/!?"

Everyone has them even the great Drew Brees, Eli, Brady and Rodgers. Overall play Romo did not put up the numbers he did by playing bad football.

Romo stood up and took the blame I have yet to see him stand up and take credit for games he put us in position to win or the games we won due to his play.

I'm curious if you actually watched any Cowboy games this season.

The question should be is WARE good enough to take us to the Superbowl.

It isn't Tony's side of the ball that lost us all those games. Tony is good enough to hide our HIDEOUS OL. He's also good enough to make up for a major lack of discipline from our Wide Receivers. He wasn't good enough to hide Roy Williams though, so he has limits.

Ware? Can he hide 2 safeties, 2 CBs, 3 LBs and a DL? That's a tall order for anyone.
