Never had a strong arm even as a rook, but his arm has been dead for the past 3 yrs, and this staff lives in denial, and refuses to adjust the offense passing plays to account for Romos dead arm. He still has the ability to hit short to intermediate routes, and this offense is successful when that ability is realized.

He had 4 days rest and was not his normal self. He has hit plenty on longer passes. He will be fine against chicago.
