The fade stop route is impossible to defend when a QB like Romo puts the ball on the back shoulder. The Touchdown to Austin was a thing of beauty.

The ONLY good pass he had all night.....what about the rest on display, romo has been flat out horrible all preseason, as was the whole offense

Where is the Preseason Pro Bowl being held this season?

they've been moving the ball well in the first two games. just couldn't score.

this game was the exact opposite.

everytime i see that pass though, i think back to bledsoe throwing the int at the end of the 1st half that led to romo's ascension.

The same place the Super Bowl is being held and the Cowboys are going to it, didn't you know?

It was ESPECIALLY beautiful because the entire freaking oline collapsed on that play and there were like 4 rushers about to steamroll him. That play was a great example of what we need to run though with this nonexistent line. Quick/fast routes. Great throw, great catch.

I hope you've been watching the rest of the teams too. Breese, Rivers, McNabb, etc. have all had bad preseason games. At least Romo has an excuse.

It is the game against the Texans. The Governors Cup. :)

Thank you. Kurt Warner and his Cardinals had a hard time scoring last preseason as well. Don't even get me started about the Colts...

Maaaaan you've got to be one of the most NEGATIVE cats on this board. Your life must be MISERABLE... It's simple dude, go cheer for another team and relieve the pain.. Geeez!!!!

LOL.

I'm getting to where I absolutely love coming here to see the sky is falling folks like Quest for Six. It's awesome to see people who do nothing but complain or find any, and all, negative things they possibly can.

I used to feel bad for people like that, who always seem to be miserable about this team, but now I just love it. I hope those people stay miserable forever, even when Dallas is winning championships again.

I finally watched the game and it appeared that quite a few of Romo's "bad passes" could've easily been attributed to miscommunications. The fact is, we don't know who is at fault. I'd bet that Romo wasn't at fault for all of them. He couldn't step into the throw for the interception, so that's not all on him either. I find it hard to believe that a normally reliable QB just started throwing poorly.

On a side note, I'm completely on the Lee bandwagon. That dude is a player!

The throw to Austin that Austin dropped looked like it was right on the money and it just went right through his hands. That looked like a perfect pass unless it was also supposed to be a back shoulder pass. I don't think that's the case though, because Austin was looking inside all the way.

Yeah, that one was on Austin. It may have been a little off target, but certainly catchable.

I've seen his passes this preseason and it doesn't look to me like he's been horrible, or awful, like some folks would have you believe. Of course there is the real chance that the folks saying that are some of the ones who have said he sucks and we'd never win with him. So it's possible that they're just hoping he fails so that they can save their bruised egos over being wrong about him.

Best part of the throw is that it sets up perfectly for a double move in the regular season against someone like DeAngelo Hall or Asante Samuel.

It's a lot of those types on CZ. You're right i don't even know how they can call themselves Dallas fans. When ever there's something good being said, they always see the negative in it. Let's you know the mindset of their day to day..

It has to be a miserable existence.

The video you made in your preview is unreal.

Great work.
