No... i'm bashing Romo. I actually like the decision to play Romo. Think about it, we make the playoff with Carter, who is now not even playing football. We have better RB's, better Wr's and a proven T.E. on the roster. One could argue the offensive line is not that bad when u don't have to protect a QB who's not on train tracks. Romo may suck, but at least we find out the next ten games. We know what we have in Bledsoe and that's 7-9 or 8-8.

Our O-line never plays well against real defenses....take a look at the tape...

It's what we all new in the summer, the O-Line has not improved and will be our downfall...

Romo = Carter only Romo can actually hit a wide open WR and Romo isnt a drug addict and Romo seems to be able to read defenses but other then that they are identical. Come on get real!

He throws better spirals than carter. He will have a longer leash than carter, BP trusts Romo much more than carter. I even think he is more mobile than carter. and FTW he has a better head on his shoulders than carter.

I think u misunderstood the post... If a Drug addict can lead a team to a playoff, why can't Romo do the same thing with better talent on the team.

The team QC had could actually play defense during the game, Dallas' current defense just looks good on paper.

I'll say this much. It's amazing we could make the playoffs with Quincy and Hambrick and nobody else.

Who would have thought those would be referred to as the good ole' years?

I do think Romo is a lot like Quincy in that he'll look good for stretches, then get overconfident and force a ball into coverage or make a stupid impulse heave at just the wrong moment.

If he doesn't know not to try to throw a ball through two 300-lb defensive linemen or lob a shovel pass 10 yards when a guy has his jersey after four years of coaching, I don't know when he ever will.

A man with a Henson avatar. I know, it's not your choice, but that shows you the crazy road we've traveled.

Frankly, I'm just too lazy to change the darn thing. I've had this avatar for probably two seasons now and just haven't found the "right" picture to change to.

Funny, because people probably see my posts and think I'm a) a complete nut or b) a complete idiot.

The thing is Quincy would dwell on it and try and make up for it an force the ball again a make another mistake. Romo plays the game series to series and only worries about the here and now.

Well Dale, we certainly have quite a few of both categories (particularly after a loss like this one), so whichever it is you fit right in.

Ir's going to take some time to get over tonight, because I clearly had unrealistic expectations of where the Cowboys are as a team. I thought we had a shot at a playoff berth and maybe more. Clearly I was wrong. What's worse, I can't think of a portion of the game where we looked good tonight. Offense, defense, and special teams all looked bad. We gave up big plays. We couldn't stop the run. We had dropped passes. We threw interceptions. We didn't field punts. We dropped interceptions. We couldn't run the ball. We had multiple unblocked (untouched) pass rushers.

Parcells must be thinking tonight..."where do I even begin to fix the problems?" Tonight, everything looks dark.

We had 9-7 last year with Bledsoe, and he had more weapons this season. I'm pretty certain he'd get us at least nine wins again this season, and probably 10 or 11.

If Romo starts the final 10 games, I'll be ecstatic if we finish better than 8-8.
