What are the chances the laugh gives up on being biased and gives this man the credit he deserves? He didn't make the pro bowl which amazes me so I have to say the chances are pretty slim.

I believe Romo hurts Demarco's chances and Demarco hurts Romo's chances.....

They will give it to Rodgers unless he comes out and throw 5 picks next week.....actually even then they will give it to Manning o Brady.....

The media refuses to admit they have been wrong about Romo.

Numerous reasons it won't happen. I highly suspect Rodgers gets the MVP award and Murray ends up the Offensive Player of the Year. Sad thing is that Romo might not even be selected for the Pro Bowl.

I think the media already has their ballots filled out.

nah. never gonna happen from anyone. so I quit looking for it and when 10% cries out loud and proud, i'll be next to the guy in the Ukraine taking dump. (gotcha bp!)

Who said he didn't make the pro bowl? He was 6th in fan voting, putting him in. Pro bowl teams still haven't been announced

They say Murray overshadows Romo and takes pressure off of him. Sans a few bad games caused by health, he has been on fire.

Romo is a slam dunk MVP this year. The numbers and results back it up. He will get snubbed though while the media is scrambling to prove why he shouldn't earn it. The running game has slowed down since Thanksgiving. Teams are stacking the box. Romo has taken the team on his shoulders. MVP candidate for sure.

His stats suggest he should be in that conversation. 4 to 1 TD to INT ratio. Best yards per attempt in the league. Best completion percentage. Highest rated passer in the league. The biggest thing is that he's played his best in big games. He just doesn't have the TD passes and a bunch of yards like rodgers or manning or brady. But that's because he doesn't throw it as much. The stats are undeniable. You don't have to throw for 5,000 yards and 45 TD's when you have a running game.

Entering the twilight of his career. His health etc. don't care, don't think he does.

I would prefer Super Bowl win, then Super Bowl MVP. Ok?

Stats are one thing... but the man played one less game than others AND with a broken back for goodness sakes! Anyone else getting the award is a travesty of justice. Sadly, if Aaron Rodgers or Tom Brady played thru the pain and injuries he has, time after time, they'd be gushing all over TV for sainthood! Makes me mad but I know in my heart who the real MVP is.

Hey Tony Romo! Will the real MVP please stand up, please stand up, please stand up!

Tony won't win the MVP but just to have him in the conversation after all his back issues should shut a lot of haters up.

Aarron Rodgers has Eddie Lacy and the best 1-2 WR tandem in Football- i dont understand the argument that just because you have good players around you you cant win MVP

This is truth to this arguement...

Rodgers does have the best current set of #1/#2 WRs in the league. Lacy is a beast AND the part that I don't think most people have noticed this is the best OL Rodgers has had. They are ever bit as good at pass protection as the Cowboys line (not as good at run blocking).

In other-words, when you consider that Romo is slightly better statistically this year and that you might be able to call the rest of the talent on the two offenses somewhat comparable, then you'd have to vote Romo over Rodgers as of today.
