Wow NFL is still preventing this, and they had to refund tickets etc.
This time it was in LA, and was big event, 80 players, from all teams, and media invited,
but again NFL prevented this somehow, and for some as yet unknown reason.

Could be because they arent making money off it??

The league reportedly is pressuring players not to attend because of "gambling" ties to fantasy football, yet continue to promote FF on the NFL Network with fantasy football shows.

I think this is great news. He has not been saying this the last 2 season because he has missed a lot of time throwing in the off season because he was recovering from back surgery. Those covering these camps also backup what Romo is saying when they have said he is doing more in these camps than he has been able to do in the last 2 years. OTA and Mini camps are over for the team but Romo and Dez will be working out together over the course of the next few weeks leading up to training camp. I take all of that as very encouraging.

Well you would think tony would know this ??
Also I dont think it is a big money maker.
I dont know the price of a ticket, but I would think no more than 1000 would attend
So at $100 a ticket, that is $100,000, then there are all the expenses which would eat a lot of that.
print tickets, pay for place where it occurs etc.
If 80 players were coming, they may be paid travel expenses and accommodations ?

I think it is more for fun than making money.

If I was Romo, I would be pissed, but also I would ask , what do I need to do for you to let me do this !!!!!!!! ?????????????
