Animated/Video walls I use for introductions in video. Such as this one.....

Use it as your background on your PC and you have an animated desktop.

Of course it may slow down your system resouces.

Flash Thats a whole nother ball of wax. I use these for video and it's suitable for that. Flash is great for animated website banners etc. Maybe someday, but I have my hands full with Photoshop, Image Ready, and Ulead Video Studio.
