Yes the coaching staff is 2nd rate at best but one thing was very apparent to me during the game, this team can't win without Romo. There is absolutely no possibility with Brad Johnson or Bollinger and I admit, I thought we would be fine against the Rams and Bucs prior. No shot now folks without Romo. Too many errors in all 3 facets of the game and no Romo to find us the points to keep us in them.

No shot if the team continues to play as they did sunday. No doubt about it 99% of the teams out there are much better when their starting QB in not injured. However I do think we have the talent to overcome it but it is up to them to start showing it.

Which one of Brad Johnsons behind, over, under the receiver passes led you to this conclusion?

Romo maybe one of the only 2 or 3 players in the league who can overcome all of the stupid things this team does.

3rd and a mile? Romo converts. Bad Snaps? Romo finds a way.

If not for him this team is nothing. Hes worth every dime Jerry paid him and then some.

Dallas goes as Tony Romo goes.

Exactly! We all get on him about being overly aggressive but the guy is in the same situation Peyton Manning was in early in his career having to feel like he has to score every drive to keep us in the driver's seat to win the game and it's finally catching up. People are saying no kidding, any team is better with their starting QB and of course that's the case but this is even greater than that. Our team isn't even competitive without Tony, even with all the talent we have. Other than Romo, Manning and Brady are the only 2 QB's in the league that can keep this team in a game. I don't even think Brees could because our running game isn't effective enough without the pass opening it up.

LOL! Everyone, but my conclusion is even beyond Brad Johnson. Our WR's weren't open as much as you think and when he did hit them they dropped balls. Read the above please, Romo is keeping a team in games that the other 90% starting QB's couldn't

Romo IS this teams MVP.

If people didn't realize it before, they will now.

Even before he went down I was telling my friends how ridiculous it is he isn't even in MVP of the league conversations. It's all Brees, Rivers and Cutler. Romo's #'s were just as good if not better. Just assinine, the guy was on pace for 4400 yards, 68% completion, about 34 Td's to 15 INT's and a 103 rating. That's an MVP caliber season. His name should at least come up if not awarded.
