Let's say Tony is still "questionable" on Saturday. If he is good to go on Sunday, he wouldn't be able to play unless he is already in London. So, he needs to make the trip to even have a chance to play. It's a long flight from Dallas.

We need Tony even if he's 75% - After last week I thought Weeden might at least keep us competitive but he was way off on even short simple throws. He was really bad today - I was bummed when Orton rolled and even though he is not spectacular he is much better than Weeden. He wasn't looking anyone off, poor accuracy, limited mobility and didn't seem to have any fire. We need to move on

You know you're right, and I'm sure it's overlooked because of how bad he actually physically performed... but Weeden doesn't have much presence out there. No fire, as you said.

I wouldn't doubt that the fact they are flying to London after today's game influenced the decision to play Weeden. If today's game had been against the Jags at home and next week was the bye, then I think Romo might have played.
