Romo not Overrated

They just showed on EPSN that Tony is the HIGHEST rated QB in all of the NFC. Anyone who thinks Romo is overrated is in fact, an idiot.

Not to mention the 5th highest QB rating ALL TIME, highest winning %, and 5th highest completion % ALL TIME. It pisses me off when I hear/read stuff like that. It really does.

IMO, it rewards high completion percentage too heavily. Throwing 80% is weighed as heavily as throwing a TD every 5 throws if my memory serves.

If you're throwing for 80% completion, it should be.

If you throw a bunch of screens and 2 yard routes, then I disagree. In a game where the Qb throws 25 passes, one QB threw 5 TDs where the other just threw 20 completions. If those passes only got 3-4 yards, then chances are, you had a lot of short drives which ended in punts. I prefer to look at TD to INT ratio separately and then look at YPA and completion percentage.
