Tony Romo, Cowboys quarterback

"His style of play was as unique as it was effective. I admired his skills, his leadership, and especially his love for playing the game. You knew he was having fun when he played, and that made him fun to watch. He set the standard at the position for a long time."

That's why I like watching Romo...Just keep it and play well in the playoffs and we'll be gravy.

I mean if a idiot like Eli ca do it no doubt Romo can.

I take that back Eli didnt do it, His Defense and luck did it.

I guess Romo hasn't heard of 'ole #17. No, now Quincy Carter. This guy...

I have to take issue with this. Favre never set the standard at QB: he was as one of a kind as you can get. No one had the kind of success he did playing the way he does, and you'd never teach anyone to play like the way he played. 99.99% of the QBs, if they played like him, would end up benched before too long.

I will miss watching Favre play. Just like I miss watching Barry Sanders and Michael Jordan play.

Romo was more of a Montana fan than a Favre fan, he even says such... I know he respects him but I just get the feeling he's not as big a fan of Favre like everyone thinks.

Who cares. But I do see a lot of Romo in Favre. I had no idea what Parcells was talking about. Now I do.
